David Corridan, Martin Fitzpatrick and Jon Brice establish KZN Real Estate!

After 5 fantastic years as Fund Manager, Jon Brice has left NFU Mutual to co-found KZN Real Estate, alongside the founders of Colmore Capital, David Corridan and Martin Fitzpatrick. KZN Real Estate is an sustainability-led real estate investment management business, targeting long-term superior returns for capital partners, primarily by operating core-plus strategies.

Whilst the intention of the business is to be sector-agnostic, the team has a strong background in the office and industrial sectors, with a combined experience of over 75 years managing over £3bn of assets, and profitability trading in excess of £1.75bn.
