Refinance with ICG secured against Rockingham 161 and Trinity, Vale Park

We are pleased to have secured a refinance for the Evesham and Corby portfolio, on behalf of our capital partner

The portfolio comprises a prime 161,415 sq ft distribution warehouse unit in Corby and 172,664 sq ft of industrial accommodation across three buildings in Evesham, with a further 14.1 acre development plot.
